Roger is the first point of contact for key clients such as Stagecoach and Defra responsible for assembling relevant advisers throughout Montagu Evans. He works across industrial and logistics, offices, high street and transport sectors.
He advises clients on a plethora of challenges, from strategic and franchise bids, and occupation of property in uncertain times to the refurbishment and redevelopment as part of lease expiry.
Roger is also a Fellow of the RICS and an expert in landlord and tenant work and has been involved in various high-profile court disputes.
