Simon specialises in residential and mixed-use development in London and the South East often with complex planning and development issues involving the co-ordination of a multi-disciplinary project team.
Simon qualified as a Chartered Town Planner in 2006 and advises on a wide range of planning and development projects including complex mixed-use regeneration projects, open market residential, PRS, student accommodation and hotel developments. He consistently delivers results for a range of clients including private and public sector developers, occupiers and funds.
In delivering complex regeneration projects, Simon has developed experience of creating bespoke planning strategies to meet the specific needs of the client and project, Environmental Impact Assessment work and negotiating Section 106 Agreements.
