Jean-Philippe Talmon

Jean-Philippe Talmon is the current director at Montagu Private Equity. Jean-Philippe has held various regional and global operational leadership responsibilities, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Dosage Form Solutions, and Commercial functions. Jean-Philippe has also been a member of the Capsugel due diligence team and the Capsugel pre-closing integration planning team.

Talmon began their career as a research assistant in the bioscience department at Nestle Research Center in Switzerland. Jean-Philippe then transitioned to McKinsey & Company, where they spent three years as an associate before becoming an associate principal. In 2012, they left McKinsey to join Capsugel as senior director.

Capsugel was acquired by Lonza in July 2017 for USD 5.5 billion. Talmon remained with the company until August 2017, when they left to become director at Montagu Private Equity.

Jean-Philippe Talmon has an MBA from The Wharton School in Finance and Health Care Management. Jean-Philippe also has a MS from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering. Jean-Philippe did an exchange program at Carnegie Mellon University in Chemical Engineering. Jean-Philippe did a research program at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
