Jean-Philippe Talmon is the current director at Montagu Private Equity. In 2012, they left McKinsey to join Capsugel as senior director.

Capsugel was acquired by Lonza in July 2017 for USD 5.5 billion. Talmon remained with the company until August 2017, when they left to become director at Montagu Private Equity.

Jean-Philippe Talmon has an MBA from The Wharton School in Finance and Health Care Management. Jean-Philippe also has a MS from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Chemical Engineering. Jean-Philippe did an exchange program at Carnegie Mellon University in Chemical Engineering. Jean-Philippe did a research program at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
