Oliver Wale

Oliver is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. He joined Montagu in 2022 from a boutique search firm, Essenta Partners. Over the last three years he has focused on C-Suite hires, working with Private Equity backed Technology and Services businesses. Prior to this he spent eight years working across the UK and Australia, focused on mid to senior finance hires across the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors. Oliver holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Public Policy from Aston University.
