Crystal Montague has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Crystal started their career as a Personal Assistant at NHArchitecture, where they were responsible for diary management and organizing meetings. Crystal then worked as a Personal Assistant to the CIO of Gaming at Tabcorp, providing administrative support and managing the CIO's schedule. At HASSELL, Crystal served as an Executive Personal Assistant to the Principals of Architecture and was involved in tender document preparation, presentations, and project administration. Crystal then joined The Montague Group as an HR Assistant and Return to Work Coordinator, where they provided HR and OH&S advice and supported continuous improvement initiatives. Crystal later became the Communications & Brand Manager at The Montague Group, where they improved internal communication, re-branded the company, and implemented a positive communications strategy. Crystal then worked as a Recruitment & Shortlisting Specialist at Employment Office, focusing on sourcing and securing travel agents for Flight Centre Travel Group. Crystal also took a break in 2016 to travel abroad. Crystal currently holds the position of Director at Montague.

Crystal Montague completed their high school education at Lauriston Girls School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained an International Baccaurlareate degree which is equivalent to a high school diploma. Later, from 2012 to 2018, Crystal attended Swinburne University of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
