Nathan Ruskin

Nathan Ruskin is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in management and financial oversight across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and General Manager Operations at Montague Farms since July 2014, Nathan oversees a large team and is responsible for driving substantial operational performance and managing significant assets. Previous roles include Business Manager – Production, where Nathan managed production functions across fresh produce facilities, and Category & Business Development Manager, focusing on retail partnerships and market expansion. Prior to Montague Farms, Nathan held positions as Finance Manager at TaylorMade Adidas Golf Pacific, Management Accountant at Fowles Wine, and Financial Accountant at BMW Group Australia, demonstrating a strong background in financial management and strategic support. Nathan holds a CPA qualification and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology.
