Ashley Stepniak Cnp

Ashley Stepniak, CNP, serves as the Program Coordinator for Individual Placement Programs at Montana Conservation Corps, where responsibilities include training and supporting AmeriCorps members, expanding regional initiatives in environmental stewardship, and engaging with over 100 partner host sites. Previously, Ashley held the role of Team Leader for Big Sky Watershed Corps, providing leadership and managing training activities for AmeriCorps members. Additional experience includes a Conservation Intern at Jack Creek Preserve Foundation, where Ashley successfully directed communication initiatives and increased revenue through fundraising efforts. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Central Michigan University and has a strong background in nonprofit management and environmental advocacy.
