Ashley Stepniak, CNP, serves as the Program Coordinator for Individual Placement Programs at Montana Conservation Corps, where responsibilities include training and supporting AmeriCorps members, expanding regional initiatives in environmental stewardship, and engaging with over 100 partner host sites. Previously, Ashley held the role of Team Leader for Big Sky Watershed Corps, providing leadership and managing training activities for AmeriCorps members.
