Shannon Dump McCarthy

Shannon Dump McCarthy is an experienced operations assistant at Montana-Dakota Utilities Co., where responsibilities include supporting operations and gas departments through record keeping, document preparation, meeting coordination, and special projects since March 2022. Previously, Shannon was the owner of Time to Delegate LLC from October 2016 to December 2021 and co-owned O2 Dynamics Ltd, handling marketing and accounting duties from September 2013 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes teaching in a homeschooling environment, managing an asbestos abatement company, and working in various sales and bookkeeping roles. Shannon holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of South Dakota.
