Throughout their career, James has demonstrated their expertise in strategic planning, change management, performance management, and team development.
James Fehr earned their Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Montana, completing their studies from 1993 to 1998. James then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the University of Montana, finishing their program in 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, James has obtained several certifications in the field of human resources, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in June 2010. James also holds the Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) designation from the National PELRA, which they received in September 2018.
