Renae Lang started their work experience in 2001 as an Executive Team Leader at Target Corporation, where they managed the Human Resources process and was responsible for recruiting and staffing. In 2008, they joined the Montana Department of Transportation as a Human Resources Specialist, providing consulting, training, and technical assistance to managers and staff. Renae then became the Workforce Planning Bureau Chief, overseeing workforce development functions and implementing performance management systems. Renae Lang's work experience demonstrates their expertise in human resources, performance management, and workforce planning.
Renae Lang has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration - Finance from Montana State University Billings, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended North Dakota State University to study Interior Design, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. Renae completed their high school education at Beach High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Renae obtained a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from HRCI in September 2013.
