Naomi Schware

Naomi Schware is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in creative direction and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Marketing at Montana Silversmiths and the Director of Marketing at Kimpex USA, Schware also co-founded and serves as the Creative Director for Undivided: Women, War & the Battle for Peace. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at TOBE Outerwear, where leadership of a global marketing team enhanced brand visibility and sales, and Executive Producer/Creative Director at Clandestine Media Group, focusing on brand awareness strategies. With a military background and academic credentials that include a Master's degree in Multimedia Photography and Design from the S.I. Newhouse School and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder, Schware brings a diverse skill set and leadership experience to their endeavors.
