Mark A. Burzynski

Mark A. Burzynski has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Mark A. currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate for Montana State Fund, overseeing a range of financial and operational functions. Prior to this role, they held various high-level positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana, including Divisional Senior Vice President of Provider Services, Chief Financial Officer, Chief External Affairs Officer, and Vice President of Network Management/Health Affairs. Additionally, they have served as the Chief Executive Officer of Yellowstone Community Health Plan and Billings Physician Hospital Alliance. Earlier in their career, they were the Chief Financial Officer of St. Vincent Healthcare. Burzynski has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, provider engagement, and healthcare operations.

Mark A. Burzynski holds a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained between 1978 and 1980. Mark A. also received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Health Care Fiscal Management and Accounting from the same university between 1976 and 1979. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Political Science, and English at Marquette University from 1971 to 1975. Additionally, Mark is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin, and holds a Health Care Producer/Agent certification from the State of Montana.
