Alissa O'Connell

Alissa O'Connell is an experienced professional in provider contracting, credentialing, and healthcare compliance. Currently serving as the VP of Provider Contracting & Credentialing at Aspen Medical Solutions since September 2021, Alissa also holds the position of Facility Contract Manager for the State of Montana. Previous roles include Compliance & Human Resources Officer at Mountain Health CO-OP, Special Projects at the Montana Association of Counties, and Justice Reinvestment Leader for the State of Montana. Alissa's extensive background includes leadership roles at Magellan Health and New West Health Services, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of Medicare programs and corporate compliance. Alissa began their career with positions in billing, patient accounts, and business administration after earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Providence.
