Rebecca Andrew

Rebecca Andrew has a diverse background in health care management, research, and civic education. Currently serving as Job Service Manager for the State of Montana since July 2024, Rebecca previously held roles including Clinical Research Manager and Sr Clinical Research Coordinator at Avera McKennan Hospital & University Health Center from August 2018 to May 2024. Earlier experience includes work as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the South Dakota Department of Human Services and an intern at Rapid City Medical Center, LLP. Rebecca has also demonstrated leadership as Office Manager at Lifeways, Civic Education Director at the Chiesman Center for Democracy, and Black Hills Coordinator at South Dakota Voices for Children. With a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Rebecca brings comprehensive knowledge and skills to their professional endeavors.
