Jayne Morrow

Jayne Morrow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and policy development. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Standards Policy at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) since October 2022, Jayne also holds the position of President at IBEC since March 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Vice President of Research and Economic Development at Montana State University-Bozeman from January 2019 to May 2023, where efforts focused on enhancing strategic partnerships and expanding research programs. Jayne’s previous roles at NIST from July 2005 to December 2019 as an Environmental Engineer and as Executive Director of the National Science and Technology Council within the Office of Science and Technology Policy from June 2013 to December 2015 complement a robust academic background, which includes a Doctorate in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s degree in the same field from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman.
