Xavier Hernández Cusachs is the current Director U.N. y Servicios at Montaner & Asociados, where Xavier manages the Business&Services Unit and leads the Consultancy and Change Management area. Xavier is also responsible for the offices in Spain, France, and Andorra. Prior to this, Xavier worked as the Technical Director of Consultancy, Recruitment, and Training, overseeing projects across various industries. Additionally, Xavier has experience as a freelance HR Trainer, focusing on strategic training plans for organizations and executive profiles. Their earlier role at Unilever involved the selection and organizational development of professionals at a national level. Xavier holds a degree in Business Psychology and has further education in Graphology.
