Mikk Irdoja

Mikk Irdoja has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Mikk is currently a Co-Founder at MiPaddle, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Racquets at Montclair Golf Club and the Director of Racquet Sports at Essex Fells Country Club Inc, where they worked from 2015 to 2020. Mikk also has experience as a Tennis Professional and Platform Tennis Professional at Innis Arden Golf Club from 2012 to 2015. Mikk was a Player/Captain at Armstrong Atlantic State University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Tennis Professional at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club and as an Assistant Tennis Professional at Barnes Tennis Center in 2011. Mikk Irdoja received a Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from Armstrong State University, which they attended from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2008, they studied Health Science with a focus on Sports and Exercise at Tallinn University.
