Jessica Poplowski

Jessica Poplowski possesses extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Empyrean since November 2018, Jessica's background includes a long tenure at Monte Cellos as a Server/Cashier/Hostess, where exceptional customer service skills were employed. Previous experience includes positions at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, and as Assistant Director of Human Resources at BrightStar Care, managing recruitment and compliance tasks. Additionally, Jessica has worked as a Receptionist in a neurosurgery practice, providing patient support, and completed a Clinical Internship at UPMC Passavant Hospital, performing sonographic evaluations and preparing patients for examinations. Jessica holds an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences from the Community College of Allegheny County, along with additional education from Community College of Beaver County and Sanford-Brown Institute.
