Lakshmi Padmanabhan

Lakshmi Padmanabhan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise applications and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Monte Nido & Affiliates since December 2023, Lakshmi previously held multiple leadership roles at Paragon Healthcare, Inc. from October 2013 to December 2023, including Director of BI/Analytics & Enterprise Architecture and Director of Software Solutions. Prior to that, Lakshmi was a Senior Technical Consultant at Tribridge from December 2011 to October 2013 and a Senior Developer at ePartners from September 2001 to December 2011.
