Gérald Gavory

Gerald Gavory is a seasoned professional in the field of biology and drug discovery, currently serving as VP Biology and Entrepreneur in Residence at Ridgeline Discovery since May 2023. Gerald has held prominent positions such as Senior Director of Drug Discovery and Translational Research at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since September 2020, and Director of Biology at Ridgeline Discovery from July 2018 to September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Biology at Almac Discovery in early 2018, as well as critical roles at Merck as a Senior Research Biologist from 2005 to 2010 and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge from 2003 to 2005. Gerald's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in biological sciences from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2003, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the same institution from 2003 to 2005.
