Maddy Brooks

Maddy Brooks is a seasoned professional in people experience operations with a diverse background in retail and customer service. Currently serving as Senior Specialist I at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since February 2022, Maddy has previously held roles at the same company as Specialist II in people experience operations. Maddy's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Everlane as Store Leader and at Athleta as General Manager. Maddy also contributed to customer experience at Gap Inc. as Assistant Customer Experience Manager and began a career as a Sales Associate at Gap.
