Manav Korpal

Manav Korpal is a seasoned professional in the field of translational biology and oncology research, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Translational Biology at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since January 2025. From April 2023 to December 2024, Manav operated as a VP-level Scientific Advisor to Founders in a self-employed capacity. Previously, Manav held the position of Vice President and Head of Oncology Research at Sonata Therapeutics, focusing on target biology and drug discovery for oncology programs. At H3 Biomedicine, Manav progressed from Associate Director to Executive Director, leading scientific teams and directing multiple drug development initiatives in tumor biology. Early career experience at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research involved postdoctoral work on prostate tumor relapse mechanisms. Manav earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and an M.Sc. in Human Physiology from the University of Toronto.
