Barbara Almeida

Barbara Almeida has a strong background in the banking industry, with over 30 years of experience. Barbara started their career at Santa Barbara Savings & Loan in 1977 as a Loan Systems Supervisor, where they managed a team of loan servicers and oversaw various aspects of loan services. In 1985, they joined Santa Barbara Bank and Trust as a Vice President, Loan Business Analyst Manager. In this role, they managed a team of Loan Business Analysts and was responsible for providing business support, overseeing data mapping and user acceptance testing, and ensuring appropriate systems configurations. In 2013, Barbara Almeida joined Montecito Bank & Trust as a Vice President, Loan Operations Manager.

Barbara Almeida pursued their education at UC Santa Barbara from 1972 to 1977. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ergonomics.
