George Thurlow IV

George Thurlow IV has a strong background in banking, with extensive experience in credit administration and commercial lending. George most recently worked as the VP of Credit Administration at Montecito Bank & Trust since 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bank of the Sierra from 2017 to 2019 and at Ojai Community Bank from 2016 to 2017. George also served as VP of Commercial Loan Officer at The Bank of Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2016 and as AVP of Commercial Relationship Manager at Heritage Oaks Bank from 2009 to 2014. George began their career as a Financial Analyst at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust in 2008 and gained valuable experience as a Student Manager - Cashiering at UCSB Bookstore from 2005 to 2008.

George Thurlow IV earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Global Studies: SocioEconomics in Latin America from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance, General from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, attending from 2012 to 2014.
