Lindsey Garito

Lindsey Garito, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Assistant Vice President of HR and Total Rewards at Montefiore Health System. In addition to this role, Lindsey holds a position as a Board Member and Emerging Professionals Chair for the Westchester Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA) and is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previous experience includes serving as Director and Head of People & Culture at Westchester Country Club and Director of HCM & Total Rewards at Summit Health. Lindsey also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and is currently pursuing an MBA at the same institution, expected to be completed in May 2024.
