Jennifer Rivera Phr

Jennifer Rivera, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 11 years of work experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Montefiore Nyack Hospital since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of HRIS & Compensation at the same organization from August 2019 till August 2023.

Before joining Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Jennifer worked at Nyack Hospital from 2010 to 2019. Their roles there included HRIS Manager from January 2017 to August 2019, HR Systems Administrator from August 2012 to January 2017, and HR Benefits Specialist from April 2010 to August 2012.

Jennifer Rivera, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, earned from Mount Saint Mary College. Jennifer also holds a Certificate in Professional HR Management from Pace University, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. In 2014, Jennifer obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
