Michael Novak

Michael Novak has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent positions being at Montefiore Nyack Hospital and Montefiore Health System as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Saint Mary's Hospital, including Vice President of Administration and COO, VP of Operations, Ancillary Care, and CIO, Vice President of Operations and Ambulatory Services, and Vice President for GME and Professional Services. In this latter role, they were responsible for overseeing Graduate Medical Education and physician services at Saint Mary's Hospital. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director for Franklin Medical Group, PC, which is the largest affiliate of Saint Mary's.

Michael Novak attended Boston University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General. Michael then went on to pursue further education at Albertus Magnus College from 2003 to 2006, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management, Business Administration.
