Charles Perry

Charles Perry is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Pennoni Associates Inc. since January 2011, Perry leads the firm’s operations and ensures high performance across the organization. Prior to this role, Perry was the Chief Executive Officer at PHR+A from 2008 to January 2011, where responsibilities included reporting to the Board of Directors and maintaining comprehensive communication regarding firm performance. Perry's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as the Northern Virginia District Engineer at VDOT from 1989 to 2008, during which time Perry contributed to the establishment of a full-service district and enhanced collaboration with local jurisdictions. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.
