Maryim Alfaro, MBA has a diverse work experience. Maryim began their career in 2012 as a Front Desk Agent at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. In 2013, they became a Customer Service/Researcher at B2D Global LLC. In 2015, they began working as a Content Writer for Freelancer. In 2017, they were a Process Improvement Intern at The Diplomat Beach Resort. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at Sixt, where they were responsible for developing business cases, managing stakeholders, and conducting risk management. Currently, they are a Project Manager and Chief of Staff at Forta.

Maryim Alfaro, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nova Southeastern University, obtained in 2018, where they studied Process Improvement. Maryim also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from the University of Florida, obtained in 2012.
