Ruchi Shah, CPA

Ruchi Shah, CPA, has over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting. Ruchi began their career in 2008 as a Finance Controller at Macon Industries. In 2013, they took on the role of Accounting Manager at Payment Systems Corp., and then at s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar, where they used Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online to handle all day-to-day bookkeeping, generate P&L statements, and adopt best accounting practices. In 2015, they became Accounting Manager at Oakwood Worldwide, and then Accounting Manager at j2 Global in 2016. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Accounting Manager at Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC. (CARD). Most recently, in 2022, they became the VP of Finance at Forta.

Ruchi Shah, CPA has an extensive educational background. In 2010-2011, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (pending licensure) from the California Board of Accountancy, with a focus on Accounting, Auditing, Financial Analysis and Reporting, and Business Environment and Concepts. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters of Commerce from the University of Mumbai in 2002-2004, and a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Mumbai in 2000-2002. Additionally, they hold the CPA certification.
