Tanner S.

Tanner S. has a diverse work experience, beginning with a role as a Finance and Organizational Development Associate at Virtuoso Travel in 2017. In 2020, they joined Dascena as a Strategy Associate, where they gained technical and operational experience. Tanner was then promoted to Operations Manager, where they were responsible for initializing and overseeing strategic company initiatives and developing standard operating procedures. In 2021, they joined Samsara as a Sales Recruiting and then rejoined the founders of Dascena to build Montera in 2022 as a Chief of Staff. In this role, they are managing and coordinating operations, developing cross-departmental strategies, and bringing the ambitious goals of a San Francisco based startup to reality.
