Erik Weis

Erik Weis is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in design and project management within the mission-critical sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Design at Montera Infrastructure since June 2025, Erik previously held multiple senior roles at Vantage Data Centers, culminating in Senior Director of Design. Erik founded Erik J. Weis, LLC, where responsibilities included leading design initiatives and managing project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Prior experience also includes positions at Rubicon Professional Services, RS&H, and CoreSite, where Erik contributed to a variety of architectural projects while ensuring compliance and coordination among stakeholders. Erik holds a Master's degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Montana State University-Bozeman.
