Douglas Morton

Douglas Morton is an accomplished audio designer, producer, and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the music and sound design industry. As the President and Founder of Q Up Arts since 1993, Douglas has established a prominent audio design and licensing company that collaborates with notable musicians and composers worldwide. Additional roles include Audio Designer at MusicSketch, Sound Development for Korg Japan, Project Manager at Guitar Center, Music Producer for NAMM and Vide4DVD.com, and contributions to exhibits at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Douglas is a member of Wyland's Ocean Artist Society and has developed sampled instruments for Apple’s Alchemy player through Camel Audio. Educational background includes studies at Jaeger Studios and Cabrillo College.
