Emma Congalton

Emma Congalton is an experienced professional in volunteer engagement and environmental education, currently serving as Volunteer Engagement Program Manager at Monterey Bay Aquarium since July 2019. Previously, Emma held several roles at The Wild Center, including Volunteer Coordinator, where management of over 150 volunteers took place, and Seasonal Naturalist, focusing on animal encounters and event planning. Emma's background includes positions at Bear Mountain State Park as Assistant Environmental Educator, at Southeast Louisiana National Wildlife Refuges Complex Headquarters as Environmental Educator, and as Assistant Manager at Great Bay Kennel. Emma also coordinated an environmental summer camp at Cumings Conservation Center and acquired valuable skills as a New Hampshire View Intern and National Science Foundation Intern during studies at the University of New Hampshire, where a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Conservation and Sustainability was earned.
