Carol-Ann Donaldson is a seasoned professional with a robust background in data analytics and operational management. Currently serving as a Safety, People & Culture Reporting and Insights Analyst at WaterNSW, Carol-Ann excels in developing Power BI reports and managing system migration projects. Previous experience includes leading operations as APAC Operations Manager at PlanRadar, where Carol-Ann implemented an SQL-based revenue reporting system, and working as Office Manager/Business Analyst at Credwell, where personalized KPI dashboards were created to enhance team motivation.
