Bryantt Padgett is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and engineering. As the Owner and Operator of CROWDER SMALL ENGINE, Padgett oversees operations and business strategies. In the role of Eastern Regional Engineering Project Manager at Monterey Mushrooms, Inc. since February 2011, Padgett has managed engineering projects across the eastern region. Previously, as the Owner and Operator of Bryantt Padgett Heat & Air from October 2004 to February 2011, Padgett developed a successful HVAC company that provided maintenance and repair services, installed new units, and completed significant projects for various clients, including large installations for churches.
