Mike Puthoff

Mike Puthoff is an Independent Medical Examiner at Monterey Consultants, Inc. with previous experience as a Clinical Oversight Physician at QuadMed and a Staff Physician at Dayton VA Medical Center. Retired from Federal Service, Mike also worked at U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mike graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine.
