Kaitlyn van Auken

Kaitlyn Van Auken has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry, starting as a Research Assistant at the University of St. Thomas Chemistry Department. Kaitlyn then worked as an Analytical Chemist at St. Jude Medical before moving to Boston Scientific, where they held roles as a Chemist, Quality Engineer, Scientific Affairs Manager, and Senior Quality Engineer. Kaitlyn later worked at Olympus Corporation as a Global Principal Quality Engineer and most recently at Monteris Medical as a Principal Quality Systems Engineer. Throughout their career, Kaitlyn has gained valuable experience in quality assurance, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Kaitlyn Van Auken completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of St. Thomas from 2010 to 2015. Kaitlyn then pursued a Master of Science in Medical Technology Quality at Saint Cloud State University from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at North Dakota State University, expected to be completed in 2023.
