Hieu Doan

Hieu Doan has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Hieu is currently the General Director for Scandinavian Software Park, a tech hub for Scandinavian SaaS companies. Hieu oversees the growth and development of portfolio companies' engineering teams in Vietnam. Prior to this, Hieu worked at Monterro, a leading software growth investor in the Nordics, where they served as the Distributed Teams Lead. At Monterro, they were responsible for operations and business development at the Scandinavian Software Park.

Hieu previously held various roles at Episerver (now Optimizely), including Vice President, Managing Director for Vietnam, Managing Director for Vietnam, and Vietnam ODC Manager. Episerver provides a leading digital experience platform and Hieu was responsible for driving growth and overseeing operations in Vietnam.

Before joining Episerver, Hieu worked at Dropit AB as a Consultant and Vietnam ODC Manager, where they focused on system development and episerver-based solutions. Hieu also served as the Managing Director for Ideverkstan AB (Ideab) in Vietnam, where they worked on advanced web systems, software development, and resource rental.

Hieu began their career at Exigo Network Solutions as a System Developer. Throughout their career, Hieu has demonstrated expertise in managing teams, driving growth, and developing cutting-edge software solutions.

Hieu Doan has pursued Computer Science at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. The duration of their education at this institution is not specified.
