Yanina Vignolo

Yanina Vignolo is a licensed nutritionist with extensive experience in the food service sector. Since July 2011, Yanina has been serving as the Catering Services Supervisor at Montes del Plata, a collaboration between Stora Enso and Arauco. Prior to this role, Yanina worked as a nutritionist at Mutualista Hospital Evangélico from December 2010 to December 2012. Yanina holds a Licenciatura in Nutrition from the University of the Republic, completed in 2009, and has furthered expertise through specialized training in Food Safety, including a Specialist degree from the Instituto Uruguayo de Normas Técnicas (UNIT) and an auditing course at NUTRINFO.
