Krista Reed

Krista Reed is an accomplished educational leader with significant experience in early childhood education. Currently serving as the Founding Head of School at Montessori Kids Universe since March 2025, Krista has previously held the position of Head of School at Guidepost Montessori from August 2023 to March 2025, and Assistant Director at Bright Horizons from October 2018 to August 2023. In these roles, Krista has successfully overseen leadership operations for 75-85 educators across 22 classrooms, impacting the educational experience of approximately 375 children. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona, Krista is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee experiences from hiring through professional development and performance management.
