Dexter Race

Dexter Race is an experienced hydrogeologist currently employed at Montgomery & Associates since August 2018. Previously, Dexter held multiple positions at Barrick Gold Corporation, including Senior MINEX Geologist and Project Geologist for the Goldstrike Mine Geology, where responsibilities encompassed managing mine exploration activities, budgeting, and training staff. Prior roles include Underground Production Geologist, Department Head of Operations at Newpoint Midstream, Well-Site Geologist at Norse Energy Corp USA, and Laborer/Driller’s Assistant at Parratt-Wolff Inc. Dexter began a career in technical roles at Ray Baldwin Plumbing and Heating while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Geosciences from Hamilton College, completing the degree in 2010.
