Carol Kliever

Carol Kliever has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on employee and labor relations. Carol has held various roles at Montgomery College, including Director of Employee Engagement and Labor Relations. At the University of Michigan Mott Children's Hospital-Pediatric Neurology, they served as a Patient Services professional and played a key role in improving customer satisfaction and streamlining phone call response times. Prior to that, they worked at Macy's as a Multi-store Human Resources Manager, where they successfully boosted employee engagement and achieved top district performance. Additionally, they have experience as a Human Resources Manager at ARAMARK HEALTHCARE (HENRY FORD HOSPITAL), where they implemented effective policies and communicated HR initiatives to stakeholders.

Carol Kliever, MHRM, SHRM-CP, completed their Master's degree in Management/Human Resources from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Clearly College in 2005. Carol also obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in March 2021.
