Kerry Norberg

Kerry Norberg, RLA, CLA, serves as the Planning and Design Director at Montgomery College since March 2015, overseeing facilities programming and project planning from inception through construction. Previously, Kerry was the Principal & Landscape Architect at Landscape Concepts of VA, providing design and planning services to various professionals and agencies while owning the firm for 16 years. Earlier roles include Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture at J2 Engineers Inc., where project management and site investigations were primary responsibilities, and Senior Project Manager at Bowman Consulting Group, focusing on planning and engineering projects. Kerry also co-founded Norberg Design Group LLC, offering a full range of services in landscape architecture and planning. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska, with prior studies at Augustana University.
