Kimberly Bloch Rincan

Kimberly Bloch Rincan, MA, serves as the Director of the ignITe Hub at Montgomery College since April 2016, after previously holding the position of Engagement Coordinator for the ACES Program. Kimberly's career includes extensive experience in Montgomery County Public Schools from 2005 to April 2016, where roles included Partnership Project Manager, Student Service Learning Coordinator, and Partnership Manager. Prior experience also features significant contributions at IMPACT Silver Spring as a Facilitator/Alumni and at Catholic Volunteer Network as Diversity Coordinator. Kimberly began their professional journey as Volunteer Coordinator/Staff Assistant at Ayuda. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Arts in Social Justice in Intercultural Relations from the School for International Training and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from McDaniel College. Additional education includes ongoing studies at The Center for Bilingual Multicultural Studies in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
