Paula Latham

Paula Latham is an experienced educational professional with a focus on restorative practices and academic mentoring. Currently serving as a District Virtual Mentor at Montgomery County Educational Service Center since September 2021, Paula provides direct services to support learners in a virtual school environment. Prior to this role, Paula accumulated extensive experience as a Restorative Justice Specialist at Trotwood-Madison City Schools and Trotwood Madison Middle School from June 2014 to the present, as well as previous roles at Montgomery County Educational Service Center. Paula also has a solid background as an educator with the Dayton Public School District from August 2003 to August 2014. Paula holds a Master of Education in Reading Curriculum Instruction from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services Mental Health from Northern Kentucky University.
