Crystal Ruiz

Crystal Ruiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, government relations, and property management. Currently serving as Chief of Operations for Montgomery County Government since July 2019, Crystal previously held the role of Operations Manager in the same organization and served as Government Relations Manager at the WSSC from February to November 2018. Crystal's prior roles include Senior Legislative Aide at Montgomery County Government, Digital Director for Organizing for Action in Maryland, and Property Manager at Gables Residential. Early career experience includes positions as Project Manager at Kadcon Corporation, Development Services Manager at Monument Realty, Office Manager at McWilliams Ballard, Inc., and Assistant Project Manager at IBG Partners LLC. Crystal earned a degree from the University of Maryland between 1998 and 2002.
