Joyce Wallace-Dennis

Joyce Wallace-Dennis is an experienced asset manager and accountant with a robust background in financial oversight and compliance within the Montgomery County Government. Since July 2014, Joyce has served as Asset Manager II in the Department of Housing and Community Affairs, where responsibilities include formulating policies and administering post-construction programs for a multifamily portfolio of approximately 400 properties, managing a mortgage receivable of $240 million, and developing compliance monitoring procedures. Prior to this role, Joyce held positions as an Internal Auditor Accountant/Auditor III and Accountant/Auditor III from November 2003 to January 2013, focusing on financial statement preparation and departmental regulatory compliance. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Southeastern University and a diploma in General Studies from B. W. Harris Episcopal High School.
