Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and permitting within governmental and engineering contexts. Currently serving as a Senior Permitting Specialist for Montgomery County Government since April 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Stormwater Project Manager at the City of Gaithersburg from January 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Soltesz as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager from April 2015 to December 2018, and at Bohler Engineering as a Civil Engineer from June 2008 to March 2015. Patrick Fitzgerald earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland between 2003 and 2008.
