Rouben Ghazarian

Rouben Ghazarian, P.E. has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as the Capital Projects Manager for Montgomery County Government in Maryland since June 2005, overseeing the design and construction of various county capital projects including the White Flint Sector Planning and several fire station additions. Prior to this role, Rouben worked as the Structural Task Manager at Parson Management Consultants, managing $3.5 billion in capital improvement programs for Ronald Reagan Washington National and Dulles International Airports from February 2001 to May 2005. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Alpha Corporation and as a Senior Structural Engineer at Tadjer Cohen Edelson Associates, Inc. Rouben Ghazarian holds a degree from Solent University, completed between 1979 and 1982.
